Partners Mentoring Youth“Partners Mentoring Youth develops and supports relationships between positive adult role models and great kids, between the ages of 8-17, that could use some additional support. These youth are experiencing challenges in their personal, social and/or academic lives. Partners Mentoring Youth has been actively serving Larimer County since 1978 and is currently supporting over 120 mentoring relationships throughout the community. Data collected throughout 2006 shows that these relationships have a measurable positive impact on the youth in our program. For instance, nearly 93% either maintained strong academic achievement or showed improvement in that area. There are currently over 100 Larimer County youth alone waiting to be matched with a positive adult role model. There are various ways you can help, some requiring very little time at all.
